Natural single-ingredient treats don't contain the preservatives that give mass-market pet food its two-year shelf life. That's a feature, not a flaw — but it does mean how we pack and ship matters. Every order is packed to order in resealable, food-safe packaging designed to protect freshness during transit. We don't warehouse large quantities of finished product. Treats are rotated regularly so what arrives at your door is as close to production date as possible. If you ever receive an order that doesn't meet that standard, our guarantee covers it, no questions asked.
A note on packaging
We use minimal packaging on purpose. No excessive filler, no oversized boxes, no single-use plastic where it can be avoided. Orders ship in right-sized mailers or boxes with recycled fill material. If your order arrives with any damage to the outer packaging, please photograph it before opening and reach out — we'll sort it out quickly.
